Admitted attorney (since 2008) with vast experience in commercial law, law of contract, contract management, construction contracts, supply chain management, labour law, public law, intellectual property, acquisition transactions and investment options and corporate governance.

Nathaniel Modiba – Finance

Nathaniel has over 15 years experience in the finance and tax field, holds a BCom Chartered Accountancy and Adv. Diploma in Management Accounting, he is qualified General Tax Practitioner registered with SARS, a Business Accountant in Practice and registered SAGE accounting and payroll adviser. A vast experience within accounting, taxation, auditing and company statutory compliance and he worked for major pharmaceutical companies such as Cipla, Adcock and Ascendis.
